Sorry but not a word of apology. No redress. The pizzas are good, but the service a catastrophe !!! I'll never order again and tell you about it, I promise 🤗

We often ordered from Casanova. Has always been good. Then yesterday the surprise. Have ordered standard pizza + 1 ingredient. Both pizzas wrong. Instead of chicken with mushrooms + onions there was chicken with ham + onions, instead of tuna with mushrooms + artichokes there was tuna with onions + artichokes. Here the mushrooms were just out. Too bad. Hungry, half eaten, the rest went to the bin. So you can also diet. Will not order there again for now. Delivery time was ok.

I can only recommend everyone here to make a big bow to this pizzaria. Can you even call this shop Pizzaria? Ordered on 24.05.2019 via Lieferando, never delivered. After a telephone consultation, allegedly not received an order. You think ok, good can happen. Ordered again today by Lieferando. 2 pizzas and pizza rolls. Forget the topping ordered on both pizzas, but still charged. The quality of the pizzas leaves something to be desired, a finished pizza dough from the discounter and even topped tastes better. I don't want to complain about the delivery time of over an hour even though I don't live 5km away. Testing a third time is definitely out of the question.

Ordered twice to pick up, both times only started when we arrived, i.e. did not begin to meet the specified time. The first time the pizza was at least still good, now it was just taken out of the oven far too early. Unfortunately for picking up anything but recommended!

Friendly People and delicious pizza

Pizza from the wood-burning oven. With the best pizza in Ratingen. Even as a small child I ate here and it still tastes really delicious. Staff are always friendly and in a good mood. Definitely worth a visit.

Absolutely rude staff! The pizza suddenly came out of nowhere from a back room, even though the wood-burning oven was in front. The pizza was only lukewarm and the pizza rolls cold and stale. In terms of taste, not bad, BUT since the delivery went completely in the pants at the time (not tasty pasta instead of pizza) and I cannot understand the criteria according to which they decide whether a pizza should go into the wood oven or be finished somewhere in the back room AND so rude, the pizza and pizza rolls were cold, it was the second but definitely the last.
